COMPASSION, a day retreat with Jake Dartington

Saturday 28th July 2018

Jake Dartington

This silent retreat will be an opportunity to explore how to respond to compassionately to ourselves and others. The teachings will draw on Buddhist and contemporary psychological understandings of compassion.
