Evening Meditation Group Restarting

The Tuesday Evening Meditation Group is restarting.
We offer meditation evenings on some Tuesdays (currently every 4 weeks) online for now due to coronavirus.
(We are keen to run these weekly so need volunteers to run these sessions: email email@example.com to volunteer.)
We offer 1 session: 18:30 – 19:45
The sessions are typically: welcome and intro, 3 meditations of 20 mins each: sitting, walking, sitting, close.
Suitable for people with some meditation experience. Free. No need to book.

You can just view and listen (you’ll need speakers or headphones). For us to hear you, you’ll need a microphone connected (un-mute only when speaking). For us to see you, you’ll need a camera connected.
