We offer meditation evenings on alternate Tuesdays. There is an early group 6.15 – 7.15pm, particularly for newcomers to meditation, with some instruction and guided meditation, and a later session 7.30 – 9pm for all-comers. The sessions include sitting and walking meditation, and there are sometimes discussions on a theme connected with meditation practice. You are welcome to come to both sessions & there is no need to book. Optional donations are welcome to cover room hire.
