WHAT WE OFFER

We will restart offering in person meditation evenings from 31st May 2022.  Initially they will be held every 4 weeks.  You will be very welcome, whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner ,and whether you wish to attend occasionally or regularly.

‘Sangha’ is a word from Pali or Sanskrit which is used in the West to mean a community of practitioners. We hold regular Sangha Saturdays where we meet up for a chat over a shared lunch or cup of tea, meditate together and often listen to a recorded talk. There is no need to book and everyone is welcome.

Around 5-6 times a year we offer one or two-day non-residential weekend retreats with experienced teachers or community dharma leaders. In the past we have offered residential retreats in Derbyshire’s Peak District and hope to do so again in the future.

We offer short courses, led by teachers or community dharma leaders on different themes and topics, to support bringing our meditation practice into daily lives.
