WHAT WE OFFER
We offer meditation evenings on alternate Tuesdays. There is an early group 6.15 – 7.15pm, particularly for newcomers to meditation, with some instruction and guided meditation, and a later session 7.30 – 9pm for all-comers.

‘Sangha’ is a word from Pali or Sanskrit which is used in the West to mean a community of practitioners. We hold regular Sangha Saturdays where we meet up for a chat over a shared lunch or cup of tea, meditate together and often listen to a recorded talk. There is no need to book and everyone is welcome.
Around 5-6 times a year we offer one or two-day non-residential weekend retreats with experienced teachers or community dharma leaders. In the past we have offered residential retreats in Derbyshire’s Peak District and hope to do so again in the future.
We offer short courses, led by teachers or community dharma leaders on different themes and topics, to support bringing our meditation practice into daily lives.
