RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
Retreat and course cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible so that we have the best chance of filling your place – our retreats and courses often having waiting lists. Please let us know of any cancellation by contacting email@example.com.
We keep our fees as low as low as possible and aim to be as flexible as we can with bookings, but we have to balance this with financial and practical considerations. For example, we need to cover the costs of venues, ongoing administration and development and maintaining a Retreatant Support Fund to help those who are not able to meet the standard fee.
For non-residential retreats and courses:
* If you cancel early (at least 3 weeks before the start of the retreat) and you request a refund, we will refund your payment less £10.
* If you cancel late (3 weeks or less before the start of the retreat) we will not usually refund your payment. However we recognise there may be unavoidable circumstances for late cancellation such as illness and family crises, so if you request a refund we will consider refunding your payment less £10.
