We offer meditation evenings on alternate Tuesdays. These evenings are a good way to meet others and get a taste of what we have to offer.
The evenings are led by experienced members of our community, and are open to all.
There is an early group 6.15 – 7.15pm, particularly for newcomers to meditation, with some instruction and guided meditation, and a later session 7.30 – 9pm for all-comers. The sessions include sitting and walking meditation, and there are sometimes discussions on a theme connected with meditation practice. You are welcome to come to both sessions & there is no need to book.
