Tuning to body and breath, supported by kindness, care, joy and wise perspective, we will explore together how we can find and develop supportive steadiness within ourselves, in the midst of challenge and change.
Julia Wallond is a Gaia house trained  Community Dharma Leader and completed the  Bodhi College Insight Meditation teacher training progamme in 2022. She enjoys teaching and supervising Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for the Mindfulness Network, and works part time as a medical General Practitioner. She currently lives in the woodlands of mid-Wales where she gardens, forages, and wild swims. She is particularly interested in exploring what can support us in responding to the challenges of our times.
