This event will be held in person. It will begin at 1pm – bring your own food to eat together. Subject to any covid restrictions at the time we plan to use the kitchen to make drinks.
The aim is to meet with others for sitting and walking meditation and to listen to a short recorded talk.
There is no need to book and everyone is welcome, although you may find it useful to have done an introductory course in meditation or mindfulness.
