  • 14:00 Walking meditation inside or outside (as you prefer) (20 mins)
  • 14:20 Sitting meditation guided (20 mins)
  • 14:40 Tea Break (30 mins)
  • 15:10 Listen to and discuss a recorded talk (60 mins)
  • 16:10 Comfort break
  • 16:15 Check-out round
  • 16:20 Sitting meditation
  • 16:30 Ends

There is no need to book. Everyone including beginners welcome.
