SANGHA SATURDAYS
‘Sangha’ is a word from Pali or Sanskrit which is used in the West to mean a Buddhist community.
On occasion, we hold Sangha Saturdays where we meet up for a chat over a shared lunch or cup of tea, meditate together and often listen to a recorded talk. There is no need to book and everyone is welcome, although you may find it helpful to have done an introductory course in meditation or mindfulness.
When these are arranged, they can be found in our events calendar.
